Ideally located within two min drive of Lorne town centre, this two-storey 3 bedroom holiday house is perfect for couples and families with young children. With spectacular views over Louttit bay and direct under-road access to beach, it provides the perfect accommodation for a holiday at one of Victoria's top coastal destinations.

The first floor offers light-filled open plan living with a large balcony overlooking the beach, dining & lounge area as well as a rumpus room for the kids with playstation & games. The kids bedroom has two bunks (perfect for friends) with a separate bathroom, and the double bedroom is great for guests or older kids with its en suite and views over the bay.

The second-storey is one of the greatest features of this beautiful home and is what makes this place ideal for parents wanting a holiday that is not just for the kids. Consisting of a master bedroom with en suite, private balcony and adjoining lounge area that is perfect for reading or just some quiet time away from the kids, this truly is a parents retreat.

Outdoor living is well-accommodated also with a large backyard including a cubby house, a large balcony at the front with BBQ, and a quiet, family-friendly beach with rock pools that is visible from the house and is great for a swim or a picnic on the beach.

This property is a family beach house in a quiet street and is therefore best suited to families and couples looking for a restful holiday in Lorne. We do not recommend that this property is suitable for groups and we have a strict no schoolies policy.
