Welcome to The OG! Gather your friends, we invite you to stay in our Aussie home. We live in California most of the year. The house is quirky, rambling and weathered. One that has been added on to here and there. It has its own individuality and charm and it works well for a group. You will be sheltered from the coastal breezes in several large garden areas. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the Terrace shops and the local Bellarine bus stops in front. Don't forget your dog... Leave the city life behind, relax and have a wonderful time!!

Our House...

In the heart of Old Ocean Grove! The OG sleeps 12. There is a daybed in a private back corner of the Lounge. The front bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a walk through which will sleep 2 in bunks. At the far end of the house there is the third bedroom which will sleep 5, 3 singles and 1 double. Then through to the last bedroom with a Queen. It is great for 2 families, families with teens, lots of friends, or cozy enough for a couple.

The dining area sits 6-16 with 2 tables. There are dishes and cutlery for 20. You may also enjoy our Espresso machine!

The back garden is sheltered with room to play, BBQ and outdoor table setting. The front garden is also roomy, sheltered and fenced.

The Beautiful Bellarine...

Ocean Grove is situated on the Bellarine Peninsula between Barwon Heads and Queenscliff. The georgeous beach invites hours of walking. It is well known as the best dog beach on the Surf Coast. It is also very safe for young surfer's at the flagged beach. The river offers wind surfing and paddling opportunities. There are lovely art galleries, inviting coffee shops, restaurants, wine tasting, organic farms, fresh seafood, bike trails and more, all on the Bellarine Peninsula! It is easy to take the ferry to Sorrento or the train into Melbourne for further excursions. You will also be at the begining of Australia's "Great Ocean Road". This is a fabulous area for a family holiday! Enjoy!

Our price does not include linens. Cleaning for groups over 6 is $85. Schoolies bond is $400. Pet bond is $100.
