The separate dining room has a six-seater antique dinning table and leather chairs, perfect for an intimate meal amongst original images of Adelaide past. The heritage Baltic pine floor boards blend with new terrazzo tiles in the bedroom, and the newly renovated ensuite and kitchen.

The light and bright kitchen, equipped for even the most serious of cooks, overlooks a spacious landscaped Tuscan courtyard, perfect for alfresco summer dining, or for those warm winter afternoons.

Bed configuration

The house can accommodate 1-2 people in luxury hotel beds, with an additional 2 people on a quality sofa bed with inner spring mattress. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, which can also be configured to accommodate twin beds.

Location, Location

This property is located in such a tranquil setting, you’ll be surprised that all the excitement the city has to offer is right on your door step. The city’s South parklands are only a short stroll away, as is vibrant Hutt Street, which boasts many fine dinning and café style restaurants, as well as a supermarket, petrol station and various banks.
Walking a little further, you will come across Adelaide’s cosmopolitan East End, encompassing high quality restaurants, café’s and boutique shopping, and also Adelaide’s Rundle Mall, the city’s mainstream shopping area.

Running parallel to Rundle Mall is North Terrace, which is the address for the Botanical Gardens, Adelaide and South Australian Universities, Art Gallery, State Library, Government House and gardens, Parliament House, Casino, Festival Centre and the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Heading West of the property, you will find one of Australia’s best produce markets, Adelaide Central Market, located on Gouger Street alongside a host of award winning restaurants showcasing cuisine from around the world.

Next to Central Market is Victoria Square, home to the Adelaide tram, which will take you on a short journey to Adelaide’s premiere seaside location, historic and vibrant Glenelg. Glenelg, with its beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes, pubs, shark museum, fashion boutiques and specialty shops, Beach House (an aquatic playground for children), is great for a short trip, or for a whole day.
