In 2007 the house was fully renovated internally. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floating timber floor. The 2 main bedrooms with queen size beds are carpeted and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms also have the floating timber floor. The bathroom has a toilet and separate bath and shower. The internal laundry has a front loading washing machine and a toilet. There is a lovely back deck with BBQ perfect for entertaining and the back yard is fully fenced.
The beatiful beaches of Jervis Bay are just a 5 minute walk away and the lovely village of Huskisson is only a 10 minute walk. Moona Moona Creek is also nearby and a great place for kayaking.
