Jingili Cottage is located close to Darwin Airport (but *not* in the flight path!), just a few minutes to Darwin CBD, Casuarina (major shopping centre), Uni and hospital, but in a quiet street where you can hear the birds chirp and the frogs croak.

Jingili Cottage is just 1 min walk to local shops and cafes, close to the beautiful Rapid Creek Water Gardens, tubing down Rapid Creek (if you\'re game!), sports stadium.....and located just 1 hour from the magnificent waterfalls of Litchfield National park, and 2 hours from Kakadu World Heritage Area.

Set on a large block of land and shaded by mature gardens, this is a tropical-style ground level home, with floor to ceiling louvres and plenty of natural lighting and breezes. Of course, if you like things a bit cooler you can always switch on the modern inverter-technology airconditioning that cools the whole house in minutes.

The 3 bedrooms are tastefully furnished, and include all linen. The master room has a queen sized bed with walk in robe, and a door that leads directly to a paved outdoor area. The second room, with built in wardrobes, has a comfortable queen sized bed, and the third room is fitted with 2 singles, accomodating up to 6 people comfortably. There\'s also a spare trundle is available for extra guests (advance notice required), and baby needs can be provided (portacot and highchair).

The house has one indoor and two outdoor dining areas, expansive rear verandah, fully equipped kitchen including large 6 burner gas stove, and an additional outdoor barbeque. There\'s also a seperate family room with comfy couches, and study/office area with new computer and internet connected.

Jingili Cottage is a fantastic base for a family or group holiday and for exploring everything that Darwin and the Top End has to offer.
