Quaint and beautifully appointed 2 bedroom home is very conveniently located on Government Road, Nelson Bay. This holiday home has a gardened, covered and gated entertainment area off the lounge (see photo). There is plenty of parking for cars and boats. The Marina and shops in Nelson Bay are approx 1.2 km away.

This is ideal holiday accommodation for those who want to be close to Nelson Bay as well as near the popular Dutchies Beach NSW (approx 150 metres away). It is a tree lined beach - a great place for children!

Located on Government Road in an elevated position on the hill above Dutchies Beach - 2 hrs north of Sydney.
