Lounge has 2 large very comfy couches, 42 inch full HD LCD TV/DVD/VCR (photos with new TV are on second lounge picture, picture with old TV is left there as it has captured the whole living area better), split cycle aircondtioner (it is for heating & cooling)
Also provided are 2 extra portable heaters if needed.
Dining has lovely glass setting for 4 and modern kitchen
has 3 bar stools around kitchen bench,stainless appliances, microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates, electric oven, large fridge, quality crockery/cutlery.
On the back of the house is 2nd bedroom which also has queen bed with pilow top mattress and TV/DVD.
3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of draws, bedside table TV/DVD and some toys.
Main bathroom has seperate shower and seperate bath. Toilet is also seperate.
Laundry has large late model washing machine.
Dryer is on the wall in the garage that has internal access to the laundry and kitchen/dining, Iron board & iron are also supplied.
Garage has also extra 2 large folding tables and 10 chairs,and few beach umbrellas.
