Description

Spotlessly maintained near new 3 bedrooms house/cottage
with internal access to remote control garage.
In the front of the house there is master bedroom with an
ensuite and walking in robe. Lovely bedroom suite in timber setting with pilow top queen mattress, large chest of draws,
with TV/DVD also electric Lumina fake log fire heater with fan.
Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen is in the middle of the house, with sliding door to very private lavender garden, with
timber outside setting, umbrella nad electric BBQ
Lounge has 2 large very comfy couches, 42\" full HD LCD TV/DVD/VCR (photos with new TV not updated yet)
and split cycle aircondtioner (it is for heating & cooling)
also 2 extra portable heaters if needed.
Dining has lovely glass setting for 4 and modern kitchen
has stainless appliances, microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates, electric oven, large fridge, quality crockery/cutlery
and 3 bar stools.
2nd queen bedroom has also pilow top mattress and TV/DVD 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of draws, bedside tabel TV/DVD, they are located in the back of the house with
main bathroom and seperate toilet.
bedroom consists of 2 seperate single beds
Laundry has large late model washing machine, dryer, iron board & iron.
It is large single garage with remote control and has extra
2 large folding tables and 10 chairs, also 2 beach lounges and a beach umbrella.

  • "I would like to thank and recommend "Lavender Cottage Beach House" for a relaxing getaway & a Spiritual uplift with the family. The house is in excellent condition,its very cosy, comfortable,user friendly and very peaceful. You will feel right at home from the moment you step in! Rachelle was very flexible and understanding with our Booking dates and had plenty of information for us to explore the Surrounding Touristic areas. The House is positioned in a quiet area & only 5 mins walk to the Baybeach, extremely close to Town Centre and Kids entertainment. We will definite contact Rachelle for our next Holidays as My Little son cant wait to go back . Next time I know no need to pack toys, towels, linen or Dvd`s. Thanks to God This House has it all!!   • "Lavender Cottage was fantastic. Clean, neat and cosy with everything we needed provided, plenty of towels, blankets good heating (it was freezing outside!) and great location. Easy access to beach, shops and cafes. Clear instructions for everything (dishwasher, air-conditioner etc) made for a fuss-free weekend instead of trying to figure out how stuff worked. A complimentary box of chocolates and a bottle of wine was a lovely thought and appreciated, thankyou! We will be back, thanks"
