Laura's Country Homestead is a spacious home set in a rambling garden with lots of indoor and outdoor sitting and entertainment areas. The house has 5 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate WC.
Parts of the house can be closed off to reduce costs.
Sleep 6 in 2 bedrooms, add a twin room, WC and laundry to sleep 8, or open up whole house to sleep 12 in two more double rooms with their own bathroom.
The choice is yours.
Laura's is one of the most substantial homes in the picturesque village of Sanctuary Point on the south coast of NSW.
As the name implies, wild life abounds, and the air rings with the sound of kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas, and tiny finches, with kangaroos grazing along the verges, neighbouring lawns and on open parkland and cycleways.
A gentle stroll leads down to the waterfront with its walkways and viewing benches to Palm Beach and Paradise Beach picnic areas.
Walk to local shops and pick up your favourite mag or paper and enjoy a few quiet moments at one of several alfresco cafes, or stroll through the local nursery.
Treat yourself to a meal or a night out at Gt Georges Basin Country Club without the worry of getting yourself safely home.
Plenty to do and see at Jervis Bay and Basin on the beautiful South Coast.
Ten minutes takes you to Booderee National Park, with its many beaches (either sheltered in the bay or great surfing on the ocean side).
Take a Dolphin watch tour or learn to kayak or fish.
Take a long or short hike in the park, along the bay, around the basin, or into the escarpment.
30 minutes takes you to Nowra.
45 minutes to Berry, Kangaroo Valley in the north and west and Ulladulla in the South.
