Coast at The Sands is a luxury beachside development in Torquay. Individually designed beach terrace homes sit nestled amongst the fairways of the 18-hole championship Golf Course, The Sands.

Coast at The Sands is set amongst the lush fairways of the 18-hole Stuart Appleby designed Sands Golf Course in Torquay. As one of Victoria's most famous coastal towns, Torquay is located at the start of the Great Ocean Road; the gateway to Victoria's stunning surf coast.

The Sands exclusive $12 million dollar Clubhouse overlooks the 18-hole Stuart Appleby designed championship golf course. Also included within the clubhouse are the Torqx Spike Bar and Hanners Restaurant, which cater for informal drinks and dining as well as formal functions.

Coast's terrace homes are designed for luxury living. But it's luxury with a unique beachside flavour. Coast homes are ideal for entertaining. Open-plan living spaces are filled with natural light and flow onto outdoor balconies and patios perfect for a barbecue with family and friends.

Situated along the western coast of Victoria, there are a variety of beaches, cliff top look-outs with stunning ocean views, seaside activities and laidback maritime villages, where you will find limitless opportunities to relax and enjoy the scenery.

A short walk from Coast, through grass covered sand dunes, are family beaches ideal for walking or swimming, and only 10 mins drive away is internationally renowned Bells Beach, home to surfings annual professional tour event, the Rip Curl Pro. The quality of surf breaks in and around Torquay's coast line allow surfers to sample some of the best waves in the
world.

The Sands is a private golf course therefore access to play is restricted to members. Please contact us should you wish to play golf.

The Sands Clubhouse is 250m walk away where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, restaurant and bar.
