THE BALCONY AND VIEWS
The balcony has been fully furnished in luxury and comfort. There are 2 large balinese style chairs. Sit back and relax and gaze out at the water views. At night, the lights are mesmerizing. Listen to the waves from the beach only 1 block away.
Entertain in style. There is a 6 seater outdoor table and electric bbq for your convenience.

THE BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a King bed. 42 inch Plasma TV - wall mounted. Foxtel TV in this room also!

There is a large ensuite with shower and double basins.

The second bedroom has the choice of a King bed or can be split into 2 singles if you prefer. Also has a wall mounted flat screen TV!

Just across the hall is the second bathroom with bath and shower.

All linen is Sheridan and Country Road. Molton Brown products are also supplied.

The Facilities and Location

Contessa is located in upmarket Main Beach. The grounds of the building are stunning. There is a large pool surrounded by sunlounges and a large grassed area. It really is a sunbaker's heaven!

If you are feeling a little active there is a tennis court and fully equipped gym. There is also an indoor heated pool.

Just 1 block from the building is the beach - just a 2 minute walk! 1 block in the other direction is trendy Tedder Ave. Go for a stroll and choose from the many restaurant and cafe options.
