‘Simply Lush’ at Echo Point – offers the ultimate in Romance - luxurious, spacious and private, SELF CONTAINED accommodation for two with queen canopy bed.
Recently renovated in April 2008 as a holiday home, we invite you to explore 'Simply Lush', and hope you will feel as comfortable as you do in your own home when you stay here.
However, there are no doilies, this place is contemporary.

'Simply Lush' is everything your self-contained, Blue Mountains 'escape' should be.
It is warm, comfortable and convenient.
A short stroll (300 meters) onto the magnificent new viewing platform at Echo Point will have you gazing in wonder at the incredible panorama of Blue Mountains cliff faces, deep mysterious valleys, ancient Mount Solitary and the legendary Three Sisters.

10 minute walk to the centre of Katoomba and 5 minute drive to Leura.

As well as being so close to the 'Three Sisters', this apartment is just a two minute walk from the beginning of many historic Katoomba bushwalks.

'Simply Lush' is a stylish, cosy and affordable retreat where you can rest, unwind, celebrate, soak, enjoy the bed, watch a movie, or read a book.

'Simply Lush' is contemporary, there are no doilies.

This place is perfectly quiet, peaceful and stunning. A private little love nest... The bed is like sleeping on a cloud.... So nice to find quality and good taste...divine....

LOCATION
'SIMPLY LUSH' is located on CLIFF DRIVE at ECHO POINT, Katoomba just:
- 3 minutes walk to The 3 SISTERS, Katoomba Cascades, Katoomba Falls, the Scenic Railway and Skyway, surrounding bushwalks and lookouts with stunning views to the 3 Sisters
- 10 minutes walk to Katoomba Golf Course
- 15 minutes walk to the Katoomba Christian Convention Centre
- 3 minutes walk to parks, picnic areas and kiosk selling refeshments
- 2 minutes walk to town shuttle bus stop
- a short drive to the town centre, cafes and restaurants (1.6km)
- around the corner to the 3 Sisters.

Fluffy Bath Sheets and Bath Robes are included as well as 100% percale cotton sheets with down and feather doona.

'Simply Lush' has central heating, 42” PLASMA T.V, DIGITAL SET TOP BOX, DVD & C.D. player, leather lounge, Electric blankets, kitchenette and the Most Romantic Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with Simply Lush has wheelchair access.

In the garden we have a Unique barn style outdoor entertaining area under cover, where you can enjoy the plantings of native grasses, water features and sculpture. This is also a space for smoking.

The apartment is self contained featuring a living/kitchen/dining room with an adjoining fabulous Romantic Bedroom and En-suite Bathroom.

We regret that ‘Simply Lush' is definitely unsuitable for children of any age (including babies & toddlers )

"Simply Lush' is STRICTLY NON SMOKING we provide an outdoor undercover entertainment area for smoking.
Off-street parking is included.

DIRECTIONS
By Car
Turn off the Great Western Highway into Katoomba town centre. Follow the main street, Katoomba St, down past the shops and down the hill towards Echo Point, to the very end. When you come to Lillianfels and Echos, turn left, then turn right into Echo Point road, at the end of which is the viewing platform for the 3 SISTERS.
Turn Left there, another 300 meters and you are at 'Simply Lush'.

By Train
Alight at Katoomba and exit on the town centre side of the train station. A taxi stand is located by the entrance to the train station. You can either:
- take a 5-minute taxi ride to 'Simply Lush', or
- catch the shuttle bus, getting off at the 3 SISTERS, and walking 3 minutes to 'SIMPLY LUSH'.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel more than 28 days prior to your arrival date, an admin charge of $30.00 applies.

If you cancel 0 - 28 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non refundable.

Part Cancellation is not accepted.

The owners of 'Simply Lush' reserve the right to cancel any booking, due to unavoidable & unforeseen circumstances.

In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, & although we appreciate most will respect our property,because of occasional abuse, the following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply.

The reservation & booking constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept & agree to abide by the terms & conditions of occupancy of 'Simply Lush'.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to alter or cancel a booking due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances,in which case a full refund of the deposit will apply.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
'Simply Lush' & its facilities is let for 2 people only & exclusively for holiday accommodation. Minimum stay is 2 days and Maximum stay is 7 days. The use of the accommodation & its facilities by additional persons is not permitted.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the accommodation is the guests responsibility during their stay & must be paid for by the guest.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
'Simply Lush' is self contained. It is the guests responsibility to wash, wipe & put away the crockery & cutlery they have used during their stay. If the cleaner is required to do more than the standard clean the additional time will be charged to your bond.
Check in time is after 3pm. Check-out time is before 10.30 am , to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
**Late departures between 10.30am & 12 midday incur a cost of $30.00 per hour or part thereof & if applicable will be added to the tariff.

***SMOKING indoors will lead to instant dismissal.
We provide undercover outdoor smoking facilities.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
