As well as being so close to the new viewing platform, this apartment is just a two minute walk from the beginning of many historic Katoomba bushwalks that have carried enthralled walkers around breath-taking cliff tops and through deep, magical valleys since the latter part of the nineteenth century.

'Simply Lush' is a stylish, cosy and affordable retreat where you can rest, unwind, celebrate, soak, enjoy the bed or read.

'Simply Lush' is contemporary, there are no doilies.

This place is perfectly quiet, peaceful and stunning. A private little love nest... The bed is like sleeping on a cloud.... So nice to find quality and good taste...divine....

INCLUDED IN THE TARIFF are generous provisions for you to prepare a hearty country breakfast for your first morning, Eggs, Bacon, Croissants, Butter, Strawberries and Belgian Chocolates and a Bottle of French Champagne.

Also available is a selection of preserves, tea, plunger coffee........ & a few little extras!

Fluffy Bath Sheets, Bath Robes and Bath products are included as well as 100% percale cotton sheets with down and feather doona.

'Simply Lush' has central heating, 42” PLASMA T.V, DIGITAL SET TOP BOX, DVD & C.D. player, leather lounge, Electric blankets, kitchenette and the Most Romantic Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with Bath and Rain shower and wheelchair access.

Off-street parking or use our garage to park your car.

In the garden we have a Unique barn style outdoor entertaining area under cover where you can enjoy the plantings of native grasses, water features and sculpture. Also a space for smoking.

The apartment is self contained featuring a living/kitchen/dining room with an adjoining fabulous Romantic Bedroom and En-suite Bathroom.

We regret that ‘Simply Lush' is definitely unsuitable for children of any age (including babies & toddlers )

A Divine Retreat

Recently renovated in April 2008 as a holiday home, we invite you to explore 'Simply Lush', and hope you will feel as comfortable as you do in your own home when you stay here.

Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings at 'Simply Lush'. We require a Bond of $100 from you as security against loss or damage to the cottage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel more than 28 days prior to your arrival date, an admin charge of $30.00 applies.

If you cancel 0 - 28 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non refundable.

Part Cancellation is not accepted.

The owners of 'Simply Lush' reserve the right to cancel any booking, due to unavoidable & unforeseen circumstances.

In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, & although we appreciate most will respect our property,because of occasional abuse, the following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply.

The reservation & booking constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept & agree to abide by the terms & conditions of occupancy of 'Simply Lush'.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to alter or cancel a booking due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances,in which case a full refund of the deposit will apply.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
'Simply Lush' & its facilities is let for 2 people only & exclusively for holiday accommodation. Minimum stay is 2 days and Maximum stay is 7 days. The use of the accommodation & its facilities by additional persons is not permitted.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the accommodation is the guests responsibility during their stay & must be paid for by the guest.
A bond of $100 is required by way of security & a registration form to be completed & drivers license details supplied.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
'Simply Lush' is self contained. It is the guests responsibility to wash, wipe & put away the crockery & cutlery they have used during their stay. If the cleaner is required to do more than the standard clean the additional time will be charged to your bond.
Check in time is after 3pm. Check-out time is before 10.30 am , to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
**Late departures between 10.30am & 12 midday incur a cost of $30.00 per hour or part thereof & if applicable will be added to the tariff.

***SMOKING indoors incurs a cost of $100
We provide undercover outdoor smoking facilities.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
