The accommodation includes a large bedroom with a queen bed and reverse cycle airconditioner. It opens onto a courtyard and garden and is located in a quiet area of Balmain.
Guests have the use of a laundry and clothes hoist.
The apartment contains a modern bathroom, a dining alcove, a sitting/TV area and a modern well appointed kitchen with full cooking facilities and a microwave. Bedding, linen and basic condiments are provided and a large variety of foods can be purchased from the supermarket or specialty shops in the main street.
There is a separate exit for the apartment from the garden to the laneway at the rear of the property.
The accommodation is non smoking.
The tariff is $220-00 per night and is reduced to $1,000-00 per week for a booking for more than 7 days.
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
A special tariff can be arranged for extended stays.
A deposit of 50% of the tariff is payable on booking and is payable by cash or cheque as credit card facilities are not available.
The home Cairngorn is a sandstone heritaged listed property with 3 large bedrooms upstairs, two with double beds and the third with 3 single beds.
There is a formal dining room, lounge, large modern kitchen, toilet and a TV/breakfast room downstairs and the home has large verandahs on both levels.
