Balmain Village self contained garden appartment

The accommodation includes a large bedroom with a queen bed and reverse cycle airconditioner. It opens onto a courtyard and garden with an aviary, at times containing native birds as the owner is a native wildlife carer.

Guests have the use of a laundry and clothes hoist.

The apartment contains a modern bathroom, a dining alcove, a sitting/TV area and a modern well appointed kitchen with full cooking facilities and a microwave. Bedding, linen and basic condiments are provided and a large variety of foods can be purchased from the supermarket or specialty shops in the main street.

There is a separate exit for the apartment from the garden to the laneway at the rear of the property.

The accommodation is non smoking.

Payment

The tariff is $240-00 per night and a stay on a long weekend is a minimum of 2 nights.

A special tariff can be arranged for weekly and extended stays.

A deposit of 50% of the tariff is payable on booking and is payable by cash or cheque as credit card facilities are not available.
