Seabird is a quaint seaside town just 1 hour drive north of Perth.

This Seabird holiday home is a very neat, bright and comfortable family-friendly single level beach house with easy-care slate floors, open plan living areas, a pot belly stove and is just 300 metres from the beach.

The property is self catering and fully equipped. Guests will will need to bring along bed linen, extra blankets if you require, and towels.

There are three bedrooms and one small sleep-out. The King size bed is in one bedroom and has linen supplied. The other beds, for which you would need to bring linen, are 1 x Queen bed in the second bedroom, 1 set of Single bunk beds in the third bedroom and a single bed in the sleep out.

There is one bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Off the back verandah there is another toilet and also an alfresco shower for washing off the beach sand.

Around the side of the house is an outdoor sink area for cleaning your \"catch of the day\" as there is good fishing in the area.

The house is equipped with a TV, stereo and washing machine. There is a built-in outdoor gas BBQ for your use and an outdoor setting.

Nearby towns of Guilderton, Gin Gin and Lancelin have shops and a range of tourist activities.

There is a café in the town that sells of basic grocery items, some takeaway food, milk, bread etc and the local Tavern which overlooks the ocean, serves counter meals.
