Location: Parap Grove is located 5 minutes drive from Darwin’s CBD, wharf precinct & convention centre, Mindil beach markets, casino and the world acclaimed Fannie Bay racetrack. A quiet and modern suburb accommodating a large and equipped park across the street, Bus stop 5 minutes walk away and 10 minutes walk to the famous Parap markets held on every Saturday during the dry. 2.5 hours to Kakadu National Park and 1.5 hours to Litchfield Park. Hosting some of the most pitcurest water falls, aboriginal rock paintings and escarpments the territory has to offer, both are well worth the effort and will leave some of the most unforgettable memories from the territory. Mindil beach markets are held during the dry season and offer the opportunity to take a shot of our glorious sunsets and enjoy a host of foods from around the globe.

The House: Award winning architecturally designed 3 bedroom ground level fully air-conditioned home. A refreshing salt water plunge pool and spa is located in the luscious tropical gardens with undercover outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. The double garage has an electric roller door for added security and convenience. Master bedroom presents a queen sized bed, walk-in robes and en suite, with access to the pool area and private outdoor courtyard. Rooms 2 & 3 have a queen and two singles, with extra beds available upon request. Open plan kitchen and living areas with breakfast bar, gas cook top, oven, microwave and all the modern essentials for the chefs out there. Stainless refrigerator with ice machine and cold water on tap. LCD widescreen TV with DVD/CD player, leather lounge and a 8 seat dining table. The external windows are double glassed for the added reduction of outdoor noise. A comfortable and modern home, just perfect for the holiday makers out to see and experience our unique and fantastic lifestyle or the executives needing a quiet and central location within minutes to the heat beat of the territory.

The Stay: Upon arrival you will be greeted by freshly cut tropical flowers, fresh milk and cold San Pellegrino mineral water, with basic condiments in the pantry. Instructions on the operation of all appliances, air-conditioning, spa, pool lights and entertainment will be at hand with additional information on Darwin’s public transport, mini bus, vehicle hire, tours and highlights. Stocks for the fridge, sea food packs from Mr.Barra, gift baskets and flower arrangements from Simone's Floral Art are but a few of the pre ordered extras we can arrange to make your stay memorable. Check in times are 2:00pm with departure no later than 10:30am. Senior citizen and returned service discounts available.
