The one bedroom apartment with Queen Bed offers a spacious living area that includes a comfortable Double sofa bed and opens to a large balcony facing St Kilda Road. Includes immaculate quality fittings and furnishings including Plasma TV/DVD player, laundry facilities and reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. Fully equipped modern kitchen features stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove top cooking and oven and microwave.

Conveniently Located

Directly opposite the Albert Park Lake and golf course - home to the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix. With ample Public Transport on St Kilda Road (Tram Stop 26) you can take a short tram ride to enjoy the many sights and attractions Melbourne has to offer. Close by are other attractions including the Albert Park Aquatic Centre, MCG, Telstra Dome, Docklands and the Chapel Street and South Yarra and Toorak shopping precincts and Crown Casino - Tram to Domain Interchange then Tram 55 to stop adjacent to Crown's main entrance..

Rates and Conditions of Stay

This near new one bedroom apartment is available from:

$175 per night (min three nights) for a max two adults (Queen Bed)

Additional Guest(s) (Max 2) - $50 per night (Double Sofa Bed in living area)

These prices are off peak rates and will fluctuate during peak periods.

Price may vary depending on length of stay.

For security, photo id and credit card details must be provided prior to arrival.

Keys will be delivered to your home address prior to your stay unless otherwise arranged with the Property Manager.

A secure car bay can be available for an extra $10 per day.

Please note that the apartment is not serviced.

Animals are not permitted.

For the comfort and safety of all, Grosvenor on Queen’s Serviced apartment is a non-smoking building. This includes the balcony areas. (Penalty fees apply to those not observing this policy).

The apartment is a 30 second walk from the tram stops to the city and St Kilda, and has a well appointed gym and pool. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough."

Unlike may apartments for rent Grosvenor on Queens had everything you need for a short stay. Little things like a supply of laundry powder so you can do a load if you need and all the things you need in the kitchen for a dinner at home.The condition is immaculate. We plane to return."

  • "Grosvenor is in a great spot, easy to catch the trams from St Kilda Road. Apartment is lovely, has everything you want and very clean. Pity about the noise from the building behind being built on St Kilda Road but that will be finished eventually. Great walking around Albert Park down to St Kilda, coffee shops handy too. Chapel St is only a klm away for shopping! Would recommend this apartment."
