Rates and Conditions of Stay

This brand new one bedroom apartment is available from:

$145 per night (min three nights) for a max two adults
$975 per week for a max two adults

Additional Adult - $15 per night
Additional Child (Up to 10yrs old) - $12 per night

A Wireless Internet connection can be provided for $15 per day. Please advise us prior to your arrival if this is required for your stay.


A secure car bay can be available for $10 per day.

These prices are off peak rates and will fluctuate during peak periods.

Please note that the apartments are not serviced.

Price may vary depending on length of stay. For security, photo id and credit card details must be provided prior to arrival.

Minimum night stays apply during weekends and peak periods.

Keys will be delivered to your home address prior to your stay unless otherwise arranged.

For the comfort and safety of all, Grosvenor on Queen’s Serviced apartment is a non-smoking building. This includes the balcony areas. (Penalty fees apply to those not observing this policy).

Perfect for family holiday. My only regret is not having a chance to try the swimming pool. I'll definitely do it next time."
