The Henley Villa - Luxury Accommodation right on the beach

The Henley Villa is a luxury 2-storey townhouse fully equipped with linen including sheets, towels and beach towels - the beach house has luxurious appointments including a large spa bath in the main bathroom.
The Henley Villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and is for your exclusive use, whether 2 or 10 people stay.
There is a large living area with large plasma TV, DVD and CD player and a separate dining area.
This stylish home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave oven. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for you.
There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer and full sized ironing board and iron.
Upstairs you will find three generous bedrooms, the main bathroom with a large spa and a separate toilet/powder room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full length glass doors to the balcony overlooking the beach, with spectacular views up and down the coast.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and full length mirrored wardrobes.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top. Extra trundle beds can be provided on request.
At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is the downstairs bathroom including a shower, toilet and hand basin.
A hot and cold external shower area is provided for you as you come up off the beach adjacent to the grassed front garden.
The reverse-cycle airconditioning provides heating or cooling with separate controls for the bedrooms and living areas. There is an intercom security system at the entry and monitoring system throughout the house.
A double, remote controlled lock-up garage allows direct entry to each house through a private, fenced rear courtyard.

Rates

The Henley Villa is provided on a self-contained basis. Our daily rates include linen and towels. Prices include GST and can be negotiated for longer term tenancy or late bookings. For stays longer than 12 days, a weekly service and change of linen is included in the tariff.
