It is near the Concert Hall, and just a 2 min walk to The Hay St. Mall.
Close by there are restaurants, shops and hotels with the Swan River also just a 3 min walk away.
The Central Rail and Bus station is only a 5 min walk or a free ride on a Perth City Bus.
Perth Domestic& International Airport is a 20 minute drive. A shuttle bus operates from Perth City to the airport.
It is walking distance to the Stock Exchange, Law Courts, & Royal Perth Hospital.

The Terrace is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, apartment located in a secure resort style complex of apartment accommodation providing generous accommodation for 4. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. All the beds have bedding with blankets and doonahs. Both bedrooms have ensuites.

Featuring a 25 metre Lap Pool with poolside lounge chairs, a Spa, fully equipped Gymnasium, BBQ, and Equipped Bar area.
The lounge and dining area is beautifully furnished.
It opens to a private balcony which has unbelievable views of Perth City, the Swan River, South Perth and even Rottnest. Enjoy watching the sunset over the Swan river and relax to the captivating lights of Perth at night.
Vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are also provided.

The apartment has an under-cover, secure car bay at no extra charge.

What to do

The apartment is within the Perth CBD. A short walk will take you to most of Perth's premier attractions.

Kings Park and it nature walks, restaurants, cafes and barbecue and picnic areas is 10 minutes away.

The river front, where ferries leave for river cruises to the wineries, Rottnest Island, and Fremantle, is just 5 minutes away. Hire a kayak or bike from the foreshore and enjoy relaxing on the Swan River.

Harbour Town is a short drive away for the latest designer label discount shopping. Major department stores and specialty shopping in Perth City is less than 2 minutes walk.

Perth Museum and Art Gallery again is a short walk away, and outside your door is the beautiful Governors Gardens. His Majesty's Theatre, Convention Centre, The Bell Tower, Perth Concert Hall are all close by.

The Nightlife of Northbridge is also a short walk away.

Booking

A 20% ($300 min) deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

A $250 'security bond' is also required with all bookings. This security bond is refunded in full after check-out provided the property is in the condition in which you found it.

Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in.

Check in time is at or after 3pm. Check out time is at or before 10am., A late check out can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.
