Myalup is a secluded hamlet off the Old Coast Road 140km south of Perth and 35km north of Bunbury. It is ideal as a base from which to visit other parts of the Peel and South West. Its main attraction is the stunning white sands of Myalup Beach, which attracts 4WD and fishing enthusiasts.
To visit Myalup is to slow down, relax and enjoy your break. The beach is within walking distance. Join the early morning anglers throwing in a line or take advantage of the 4WD access to find your own secluded spot.
Bunbury, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, arts and crafts is just 35km away.
There are good golf courses nearby at Harvey and Binningup.
Two wineries and a new brewery/cafe/restaurant are within a few minutes drive.
Walk through the national park and remember to take a camera. There are kangaroos.
The Shack has four bedrooms, three with double beds and the fourth with a bunk bed which includes a double bed. It comfortably sleeps 8-9 people.
There are two bathrooms.
The dining and lounge rooms have good quality furnishings.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
A BBQ is available on the outside decking, which overlooks Lake Josephine.
