The property is located in Central Mandurah. Walking distance to the new Perth - Mandurah rail link, and is close to beaches, the foreshore and shopping complex.

  • "We had a great stay at the villa which provided us with everything we were looking for in a holiday home.The house was very comfortable,clean and roomy.It was close to all ammenities,you may need a car to get around but the bus is close and provides you with another option.The kid's enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the extra lounge to relax in.All in all a great place to stay and hopefully will be going back again soon."

  • "This is a fabulous place to stay. It is very clean and roomy and the owners couldn't have been more helpful. You will need a car to get to the beach or the shops though, unless you are prepared for a 20 minute walk or more. Apart from that though I would highly recommend this villa."

  • "What a beautifully designed and comfortable house. We were 5 adults staying for a week and we all fitted in nicely. We wanted for nothing as all was supplied by the owner.All we had to do was worry about what/where to eat and where to go. We all felt comfortable and relaxed and would definately rebook this beautiful home again.. An exceptionally clean and tidy/well equipped home. "

  • "We recently stayed in this house, which was very central to alot of what Mandurah has to offer (5 minutes drive to foreshore, 3 mins to dolphin quays, and 3 mins to centro mandurah shopping centre) A beautiful house, very well equipped (lots of towels and bedding) so no need to provide own. The previous review is right about the aircon (seabreeze through house cools it right down). We really enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again. Thanks"

  • "A very nice, big and new house with modern facilities, cable tv with plenty of channels, a well-equipped kitchen which my wife loved so much, carpeted bedrooms with comfy beds and blankets, 2 separate bathrooms & wc. Very comfy for a family of 6. Close to city centre, beach and shopping centre. A good base to expore the Peel region. We stayed there for 6 nights in winter time and loved every minute of it. "

  • "My friends and I stayed in this fully contained house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool is perfect for keeping the kids occupied and the house is in an ideal central location with a 2 minute drive to the shopping centre, the city centre and the beach. Although the house had no air conditioner the way the house is set up deems it unecessary to have one. The breeze that comes off the ocean of an evening is enough to cool the house down to sleep and you have the pool to keep you cool during the day time. All the amenities were great and the owners even supplied us with board games, play station, videos and DVD's. I would recommend this place to families who want to stay in Mandurah without the enormous costs involved when going on holiday. Definately the double thumbs up from me and my friends."

  • "My family stayed at this lovely house for almost 3 weeks and enjoyed it very much. This house was the cleanest place that we have ever rented. It had everything that we wanted or needed and was extremley close to shopping, the beach, dinning etc. The pool was a nice feature- small but enough to cool off and play with kids. Even though the house does not have air conditioning it stayed cool if we kept the blinds closed during the day and the windows open at night. The owners were extremly nice and accomidating. We would highly recomend it to anyone."
