Perhaps you prefer your meals to sizzle on the outdoor BBQ, then sit at the outdoor table and chairs on the balcony while an electric louvered awning shade your family from the sun.

Or enjoy the cooling ocean breezes on the grassy area near the outdoor deck.

Bedroom 1 boasts a Queen size bed, two sets of drawers, and a sunroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, a sunroom, TV and DVD player. Bedroom 3 has a single bed, TV and Xbox. Internet connection is included in the rent. The main bathroom has a shower-over-bath.

Other features of this appealing family residence include off-street parking for 2-3 cars and a laundry with a washing machine and drier. All linen is provided and outdoor pets are welcome.

A bond of $2000 is required; this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property. There is also a charge for a professional departure clean.

The promenade winds along the coast, around to the headland which greets the open sea. Don’t miss the Bondi to Bronte Walk where the footpath takes you on a virtual roller-coaster ride to Tamarama Beach with refreshment stops and breathtaking views all the way.

In trendy Bondi, there is an impressive selection of restaurants and cafes and because Sydney city is only 10 minutes by bus your possibilities are endless.

The massive International Westfield Shopping Centre in Bondi Junction is easily accessible by bus for those who enjoy a hearty shop. There you can choose bus or train to explore other parts of the city such as the Rocks, Circular Quay and picturesque Darling Harbour.
