This lovely three bedroom two storey duplex is located just a few minutes walk to Birubi Beach and the Stockton Sand Dunes.

Located just a block from the ocean, it takes only a couple of minutes to get to the shore and see the humpback whales on their annual migration from the South Pole or just walk along the the sea shore and enjoy the ocean breezes or the beautiful sunsets.

Anna Bay is ideally situated on the ocean side of the Tomaree peninsula at Port Stephens and is surrounded by spectacular scenery, beautiful national parks and of course the Pacific Ocean.

The Stockton Sand Dunes run all the way from Birubi beach at Anna Bay to Stockton north of Newcastle and you can enjoy 4 wheel driving (permit required and available from the service station at Anna Bay) sand boarding, beach fishing, camel rides, horse riding or just relaxing on the beach and going for a dip in the crystal clear water when it gets too hot.

Anna Bay is a short seven minute drive to the Salamander Bay Shopping Centre and about the same distance to the beautiful restaurants and attractions of Nelson Bay.

For the sportsmen there are three championship golf courses - Nelson Bay, Horizons and Pacific Dunes, three bowling clubs, bush walking through the hundreds of kilometres of tracks in Tomaree National Park, swimming, surfing, jet skiing, beach and rock fishing, go carting, tobogganing, etc etc etc

Just a short two and a half hour trip from Sydney, or 20 minutes from Newcastle Airport, Anna Bay is the perfect holiday destination.
