Situated amongst tall trees and lush gardens and just minutes from the beach and Byron CBD, "Sea Scent" provides for a private retreat in lush tropical surrounds.

Relax in your exclusive, courtyard garden or take the short stroll through the beautiful Arakwal National Park for a dip at Tallows Beach. Surfers will of course love Byron's famous breaks. Chill out after a day at the beach with a cool cocktail and BBQ in the garden or on the generous entertaining area on the verandah or take the 2 minute drive to visit one of the vibrant Bars or dine at one of the many great restaurants.

Gourmet cooks will love the stainless steel kitchen equiped with state of the art European appliances. To add comfort,
there is a second kitchen downstairs. This makes life very comfortable for sharing families.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house which sleeps 6. There are 4 beds and we can arrange for the extra beds if necessary upon application. There are two kitchens and two laundries. Two courtyards with outdoor furniture.

Pets welcome. Maximum of 6 guest unless otherwise arranged.

Deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. Balance of the rental amount plus bond must be received 30 days prior to occupancy.
