Located between Terrigal and Copacabana, with Bouddi National Park 15 minutes to the south; Avoca is 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 45 minutes from Hornsby (90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD).

Avoca is renown for having a great point breaks on the East Coast and is close to all amenities - ocean boat ramp, Crown Plaza Resort, surf beaches, golf courses (at Gosford and Woy Woy) and restaurants.

A 20 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza. And if you have holidayed there in the last 50 years chances are you have taken in a great movie at the Avoca Beach Theatre cinema.

Also for the golfer only 10 minutes drive to Kincumber driving range and also shops, supermarket, Hotel, and access to Brisbane Water for water sports. Avoca and North Avoca Surf club & patrolled.

A rock pool perfect for snorkelling and younger children is complemented by a new Surf Club and delightful childrens playground. Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking.

Also at nearby Copacabana you’ll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast
