Facilities
Featuring four airconditioned bedrooms, the master bedroom overlooks the beach and includes a king ensemble, walk-in robe, ensuite and
french doors opening to the shady verandah. The second bedroom, also beachfront, features a queen ensemble, robe and french doors to the verandah. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each has two single beds, plus robes. These rooms share a full bathroom with bath, toilet and shower, as well as an extra toilet.
Outside, the beach house has extensive tropical gardens and lawns, with plenty of options for simply relaxing, or entertaining. A poolside patio, covered verandah beachfront, or beachside cabana are just three you will discover during your time at To the Beachon Newell.
The pleasure of dining is often a big part of life at To the Beachon Newell. While the fabulous restaurants and cafes of Port Douglas and Mossman will no doubt beckon, the beach house will tempt you to stay in, with a gourmet kitchen that features European stainless steel appliances including oven and cooktop, large side by side fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen enjoys a servery opening to the pool patio, plus an island breakfast bar.
The setting is a major ingredient of any memorable meal. Days at To the Beachon Newell get off to a great start with breakfast on the beachfront verandah, and often slip towards a close under candlelight around the teak dining table, or a barbeque at the beach cabana, all with the Coral Sea splashing onto Newell in the background.
