The top level of the house is the main lounge / dining area which opens onto a large deck with great views, outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. The lounge has a LCD TV, DVD player, IPOD dock/CD stereo and a wood burning stove for chilly nights. Also on this level is a fully equipped kitchen with a Bosch dishwasher and microwave; a shower and toilet; a laundry with washing machine and a second refrigerator.
The second level has a master with a queen bed and dual access ensuite with bath, shower & toilet. This bedroom also has reverse cycle air conditioning and a lovely sunny deck. Bedroom two has one single and one trundle bed. Bedroom three has two single beds. All bedrooms have sliding doors onto the deck and beach views.
Bedrooms four and five are on the bottom level. The large rumpus room has a living area with a large LCD plasma TV, DVD player, one set of bunks and a futon. Bedroom five has a double bed with an ensuite. Both rooms open onto a shady deck ? perfect for hot sunny days!
