There is a lovely Tuscan courtyard at the rear with 2 umbrellas, outdoor setting to seat 8 and modern stainless steel BBQ. The front deck has lovely beach and bush views and another outdoor setting for 6.

The gourmet kitchen has new dishwasher, microwave and is extremely well equipped. There is an extra family room with leather lounge. Surround Sound TV, VCR and DVD to enjoy those late night movies!
