Delatite House is a lovely period home built in 1910 shortly after the the original brick homestead was destroyed by fire. Located in Hunter Street right in the heart of Mansfield and only 2 minutes easy walk to the High Street, Shops, Pubs & Resturants.

Mansfield is approximately 2 and a half hours drive from Melbourne and is in the heart of both Winter and Summer playgounds. Skiing on Mount Buller or Mount Stirling in Winter, Water Skiing on Lake Eildon and Lake Nillahcootie in Summer or try one of the other many options including horse riding, fishing and mountain bike riding or just visit some of the many wineries within the district.

Mansfield has some of the best scenary and countryside to visit and explore.


A piece of history

The history of Hunter Street dates back to the early settlement of Mansfield with its lovely Oak and Elm trees planted in 1857, it was named after a Scottish lawyer called Alexander Hunter, a Pastoralist who settled in Mansfield during the early 1800's

Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.

Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
