This lovely fully renovated and furnished split level property offers 3 bedrooms plus separate rumpus room, drying room, two bathrooms, modern kitchen and lounge. Fantastic balcony overlooking beautiful trees and backs onto a lovely little creek in which more often than not you can hear the relaxing sound of water running from the bedroom. The rumpus room is ideal for the kids, as it not only has 3 sets of bunks, lounge T.V cabinet and trimmings but also has a table tennis table. This is the perfect family getaway, located at the base of Mt Buller. There’s is plenty to do and see in the area such as snow skiing, water skiing, bush walking, motor bike riding, mountain bike riding, swimming or horse riding.

Sleeps a total of 12 people with a minimum of 2 nights stay

All doonas and pillows are provided although you will need to please bring your own linen which will include doona covers, sheets, towels etc.

Please note at the owners request please no smoking inside & a "no pets" policy applies

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions on renting our holiday homes.
Deposit: Confirmation of booking is made once 50% of tariff is received.
Balance of Payment: made payable 1 week prior to check-in date.
Full Payment: required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use.
Bond Payable: $500.00 on authorised credit card imprint held for 7 days after check out. The imprint will be destroyed upon confirmation that all is well at the rented property.
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if the house is re-let. More than 30 days notice half of deposit refunded. Less than 30 days, no refund.
Credit Card: facility is available in the office. A fee of 2% of payment will be charged.
