Pearl Beach is one of the most picturesque holiday destinations on the Central Coast and is surrounded by National Parks, has a waterfront restaurant, general store and salt water rock-pool.

Location & Local Attractions

Pearl Beach on the Central Coast about 1 hours drive north of Sydney. Take the Gosford exit from the F3 and then follow the signs towards Woy Woy.
The house is 3 minutes stroll to the beach and only a couple of minutes more to the corner store, cafe and BYO resturant.

Corner shop, Sit-n-Chats cafe & resturant with Sunday afternoon jazz.
Pearls on the Beach BYO resturant just 2 steps from the sand.
Tennis courts for hire and beautiful walks in Brisbane Water National Park.
Stroll through the Crommelin Native Arboretum at the end of Crystal Avenue.

Great house - big deck, great for family. Reasonably priced. 3 mins walk to the beach, 5 to the shop. On a corner but whole of Pearl Beach is very quiet. We enjoyed it.

Had a lovely stay here - not a palace; a real beach house where you can kick back, enjoy a peaceful sleep and relax in an environment where everything is on hand. Clean, hassle free and a great place to think, unwind and chill out. About 3 mins to beach - 5 mins to cafes and restaurant. Heaven!

This house was beautiful. I visited with several friends and we loved that it was only a few minutes stroll to the beach, and you could hear the crashing of the waves as you sat out on the deck, enjoying a cup of tea.. Highly reccommended. Eren.
