The complete views of Werri Beach are a mesmerising vision from all living areas and adjoining balconies.

Werri Beach glistens on the foreground of the Pacific,while the contrasting green exists in Mt Pleasant hillside and enhanced by the earthy browns of the headland and rocky shorelines. A permanent view for one of Gerringong's prime properties.

This penthouse is the only residential apartment within the complex of three property units. A small real estate office and a cafe are on ground level and the penthouse comprises the entire top/first level.

The Eyrie is a five minute walk from Werri Beach with swimming pool on the rock platform at the southern end and a lagoon at the northern end. The fishing in this lagoon is good.
Your accommodation is metres from the heart of the Gerringong township. The myriad shops are interesting with gourmet foods and gift shops in abundance.
The uncrowded beaches, fishing spots,golf course, tennis courts,cafes and weekend markets make this a popular holiday destination.
Gerringong has a wealth of activities to offer the visitor.
For the fit, take a stroll south to Gerroa and Seven Mile Beach where you can also visit the local winery and see the beach from which Kingsford Smith took off in his little plane to take the mail to New Zealand for the first time. One of the most beautiful beach scenes of South Coast N.S.W.is here.
If you enjoy a round of golf, don't miss the spectacular Gerringong Golf Course, minutes south of the town which is set in the hills adjacent to Walker's Beach. Whales and dolphins are often spotted while teeing off! Gerringong is a good base from which to explore the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. Wollongong, Kiama, Berry, Jamberoo and Kangaroo Valley are all within easy driving distance. The options are endless!

Hello there Genevieve,
Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to have such a wonderful weekend away. We all had such a lovely time. The place is beautiful with amazing views and great surroundings. We enjoyed a big shopping day in at Berry and got to completely relax at your place and a yummy dinner at Zoobs. It is a gorgeous place and was especially nice to be able to take my mother in law -to be (from England) somewhere she had not been. She LOVED it!
