Edgewater is a gem and every visitor has truely enjoyed their stay. Sitting on the edge of Salamander Bay the property boasts amazing views and magical daily sunsets. It is a simple but stylish property which provides you with all your home comforts but reminding you that you are on a perfect break away. It is a lovely three bedroom two bathroom upper storey duplex. With a external flight of stairs leading to the level lawn which has a sprinkling of Australian Gum trees which provide shade in the summer months after a perfect swim at the beach. The kitchen is fully self contained including dishwasher & microwave. The main bed boasts a queen size bed which the view can be enjoyed from either with the morning paper or after a afternoon slumber. Entertaining at Edgewater is hard not to do you will want all your friends to join you for a BBQ on the balcony. So pack the bag and order the seafood and you are on your way.
LOCAL AREA : THE QUIETER AREA : NO HIGH RISES
Corlette is enjoyed in the summer months by holiday makers. There is much to discover through walks, boating, swimming, dining, Dolphin Watching and local entertainment. A short drive into the main hub of Port Stephens will find you enjoying the delights of the marina, shopping,cafes and the fish co-op.
We are just aroung the headland from the Anchorage Resort where you can wine and dine and stroll home.
Nelson Bay is currently enjoying a development boom which is a positive for the economy of the local area.
