Description

Set on 150 acres of lush farmland, bordering National Park and a short 5 min stroll to beautiful Smiths Beach, the resort has been designed so that all 15 villas have uninterrupted, breathtaking views across Smiths Beach and north to Cape Naturaliste.
Cosy in winter with gas heating and cooled in summer by ceiling fans and sea breezes your villa invites you to simply put your feet up with a glass of Margaret River wine and watch the whales from your loungeroom or private balcony. At night, watch the moonlight over the ocean from your comfortable queen bed.

Location

Situated At Yallingup - 230 kms south of Perth at the pristine surfing & fishing location of Smiths Beach in the Margaret River wine district.

Local Attractions

Surfing - Walk to the shore and reef breaks at Smiths Beach, which are known for their consistency. As well, the renowned reef breaks of Margaret River and Yallingup are close at hand

Fishing - Great offshore fishing as well as beach fishing (popular during the autumn months when salmon are plentiful along the coast)

Walking - The Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin walk trail goes right past our door. This is a wonderful way to explore this truly beautiful and rugged coastline and its magnificent wildflower display. For something a little shorter try a walk along Smiths Beach - maybe extend to Yallingup for a coffee or lunch at Surfside

Swimming - Walk down to the pure white sands of Smiths Beach for the best swim you will ever have in its pristine crystal clear water
Whale watching - frequently from your balcony from June to December or take a whale watch cruise on Geographe Bay

Sightseeing - there is something beautiful to see wherever you drive from Chandlers - everything from a 5 minute drive to Canal Rocks to day trips throughout the SW region
The "good life" - galleries, wineries and restaurants abound in this Margaret River Wine Region. Information and maps are available at reception

Fantastic location and the flexibility shown by the hosts to allow us to stay just the one night (which was all the time we could spare) was really appreciated.

We really liked this place - beautiful views of ocean, stone's throw away from Smiths Beach, close to Dunsborough. Great for group trips. Lucky there was breezes otherwise lack of air con may have been the let down.

This was great value for money. A simple but pretty villa that had everything that we needed, no frills. We loved the quiet cul-de-sac on which it is located, the stunning views and the proximity to a gorgeous beach and Busselton (?), which is bigger than Margaret River and therefore meant we could stock up on lots more food and things. It's also v close to a number of local attractions -- vineyard restaurants, caves, olive groves etc. Everything was close by and that was a big plus.
