The Kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and an upright electric stove. In the Lounge there is a TV, DVD plus a CD player and a gas fire. The single bathroom has a hip bath/shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet.
Laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron & board.

Everything that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer is just a short drive away. Most attractions can be reached within 20 mins.
The best thing is the quiet sandy beach just over the road from the holiday house. Just grab a towel and go - no need to take anything else ! Be back in time for lunch or swim before breakfast
