Fully self cater style Holiday Home just a hop skip and jump to put your toe in the water or take a long walk along the bayside trails around Mt Martha & Safety Beach to Mills Beach
3 bedrooms for up to 10 guests maximum.
2 Queen size bedrooms with a Queen bed in each.
3rd bedroom has 2 Doubles as bunks with a single bunk on the top

Open Lounge Dining and kitchen area so everyone can see the sea from every angle. Full reverse cycle heating and cooling in the lounge and central heating to the whole house.
The separate Sun Lounge overlooks the Bayside waves so you can watch the sunsets from the comfy sofa.
Rear garden with a gas BBQ.
Space for 2 cars off street parking behind secure gates and fully fenced. Non smoking inside the house at all times.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and an upright electric stove. In the Lounge there is a TV, DVD plus a CD player and a gas fire. The single bathroom has a hip bath/shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet.
Laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron & board.
A few steps up to the entry porch on the side is the front door and a few steps up inside take you to the lounge & Sun Lounge, both overlook the sea above the road level.

A Great family holiday home if the beach is your "must have" with great views over the Bayside area of Safety beach and Mt Martha.
The local shop/garage is handy enough to walk to for local supplies or to fill the boat before a trip on the bay.
The launching ramp is just 100 mtrs away.

Less than 1 min to the water & the beach

Everything that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer is just a short drive away. Most attractions can be reached within 20 mins.
The best thing is the quiet sandy beach just over the road from the holiday house. Just grab a towel and go - no need to take anything else ! Be back in time for lunch or swim before breakfast
