FOUR SELF CONTAINED COTTAGES WITH DOUBLE SPAS AND WOOD FIRES.

Hill'n'Dale is hidden away in a valley. It is a 1 km drive from the nearest main road which makes it the perfect place for those wanting peace and quiet away from the stresses of every day life. The cottages are not next door to each other so you will feel like you are completely alone,
Set on 58 acres there is abundant wild life and birds to watch and enjoy while sipping a glass of Yarra Valley red.
Minimum stay 2 nights. Minimum 3 nights over Easter, New Year and long weekends.

Configuration

Mt View consists of Queen & 2 singles (Sleeps 4)

Ferny Glade consists of Queen & Bunk (Sleeps 4).

Fernlee consists of Queen bed. (Sleeps 2)

Hazelnut Glade consists of Queen & 2 singles (Sleeps 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children)

Mt View and Ferny Glade have a washing machine and dryer.

Weekends
$185 per couple per night. 1 bedroom.
$190 - $200 per couple per night. 2 bedroom.
Mid week
$150 per couple per night. 1 bedroom.
$155 - $165 per couple per night. 2 bedroom.

Bookings must be confirmed by deposit within seven days.
Deposit of 50% is requested to confirm bookings for 3 or more nights. Full amount for weekend bookings

Refunds and cancellations
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 60 % of deposit.
Cancellations notified between 21 and 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 30% of deposit.
Cancellations notified within 20 days of arrival receive no refund of deposit
