Description

Our Park is safe, secluded and friendly.

Accommodation ranges from immaculate 2 bedroom Spa Cabins or comfy 1 bedroom cabins, to roomy caravan and camping sites. There's an adult's swimming pool and toddler's wading pool; children's playground; full laundromat and undercover barbecue areas.

Our very popular Kids Activities, Movie Nights and Kids Fishing Competitions operate during School Holidays.

Well-behaved pets are welcome at The Anchorage on powered and unpowered sites, by prior arrangement only. Pets are not accepted in the camping area during peak periods or with any cabin booking other than Koala Cottage.

Iluka means 'beside the sea' and the area around the village is a fisherman's dream and a bird watcher's paradise, bordered by World Heritage coastal rainforest and national parks...the perfect spot for a family holiday or to recharge your batteries! Local wildlife are plentiful and there's heaps to see and do, but no-one minds if you choose to do...absolutely nothing!

Cabins

The Anchorage boasts a range of cabins from luxury two-bedroom Spa Cabins to self-contained Ensuite Cabins.

SPA CABINS: Our luxury cabins feature two decors, Country Cottage and Mediterranean, the latter with a view to the magnificent Clarence River. Accommodate 5 people with a maximum of 4 adults. These cabins have two bedrooms with full bedding and towels provided for all beds. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining, spa bath, TV, Austar, DVD and CD players, iron/board, hairdryer, covered deck with furniture.

DELUXE CABINS: Spacious 2 bedroom cabins with full bedding and towels provided for all beds. Accommodate up to 6 people with a maximum of 4 adults. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining, TV, Austar, DVD player, iron/board, hairdryer, covered deck with furniture.

PET FRIENDLY: These cabins are the same category as the Deluxe. One cabin suit couple + pet; one cabin suit family of 4 + pet. Vaccination cert must be presented PRIOR to arrival. Please contact park for further conditions.

QUEEN CABINS: Two cabins: sleep 5 with a maximum of 4 adults. Master bedroom is separated from the living area, bedding and towels are supplied. There is a walk-thru bunkroom, bedding not supplied for bunks (may be hired). Airconditioned, heater, kitchenette inc microwave, TV, DVD player, Austar, hairdryer, covered deck with outdoor furniture.

QUEEN DUPLEX CABINS: Two cabins: interconnecting door between cabins - each cabin sleeps 4. May be hired separately or together. Cabins feature the same as Queen Cabins however, there is a full gas stove plus reverse cycle air-conditioning.

VERANDAH CABINS: Verandah cabins are fully self-contained and accommodate 4 people. The master bed is at one end of the main living room, bunkroom and bathroom both open off this area. Bedding is supplied for master bed only (may be hired for bunks). TV, Austar, kitchenette incl microwave, heater, fan, covered porch area with outdoor furniture.

Powered and Unpowered Sites

The powered and unpowered sites at The Anchorage are roomy, with ample space for your van/camper-trailer, annexe and your vehicle. Some sites can accommodate large vans or motorhomes - please contact park. Amenities block is central to all powered sites.

POWERED RIVERVIEW SITES: All sites are grassed with concrete annexe pads. They overlook parkland toward the Clarence River. All sites have power, water and sullage.

UNPOWERED SITES: These sites are grassy, some shaded or with water views. Use of camp kitchen is included in the tariff.

-Office hours are 8am - 6pm (All hours are NSW time.)
-CHECK IN: from 2pm for cabins; noon for sites.
-CHECK OUT: 10am for all.
-CANCELLATION POLICY:
-Deposits are not refundable.
-Payments will be refunded (less a $25.00 administration charge plus any other fees/charges incurred by AHP) provided at least 30 days notice is given - or - the booking may be transferred to a mutually suitable date no later than 6 months from cancellation date at management's discretion.
-Where less than 30 days notice of cancellation is given payments will be refunded (less a $25 administration charge plus any other fees/charges incurred by AHP) provided the accommodation can be fully rebooked.
-Tariffs and deposits are non refundable if your stay is cut short.
