  • "We stayed at the Sunset Studio for three weeks and cannot praise it highly enough. The studio apartment is cute, cosy and has everything you need. The owner, Bernd, is a star and is kind and helpful. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to Scarborough if you wanted. There is a supermarket, other shops and takeaways within walking distance if you need them. We were emigrating and found the Wi-Fi invaluable. Buses are frequent enough to the city (about $3.80). We visited in winter, but in summer I think the pool and balinese bed would be amazing. Stay here!"

  • "As an expat returning to Australia, "Sunset Studio" was the perfect accommodation from which to enjoy the west coast. The host, Bernd, was lovely and accommodating. The lush garden attracts some wonderful bird-life and the ocean-views from the Balinese-stle sun-bed are tranquil. If you're after privacy and relaxation a short stroll from City Beach surf; this is the place for you. "
