Lupin Cottage is a 19th Century miners cottage surrounded by a delightful cottage garden. The Rose Cabin is a beautifully appointed self contained studio at the bottom of this garden. It offers 4 poster bed, spa, wood fire, large frypan, microwave, fridge and is cosy & private.
AIR CONDITIONED for year round comfort
Local attractions include Bricklane Bazaar (next to Commonwealth Bank), The Mill Market -open 7 days with 106 shops undercover, Convent Gallery, The Chocolate Mill, Lake Daylesford, Lavandula and many interesting cafes & restaurants.
Weekend Thurs /Fri or Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun - $420 - minimum stay 2 nights
Midweek - minimum 2 night stay

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once booked and paid and dates removed from calendars we accept NO CANCELLATION
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
A valid credit card number is to be presented as a security deposit.
All damage to the property, furniture, fixtures and linen caused by guests is recoverable from security deposit.
No pets permitted
We reserve the right to gain immediate possession of the cottage should at any time the number of persons on the property exceed the two as is permitted under the booking agreement . We will not give ANY refund or discount should this situation occur.
We will not be held responsible should failure of utilities or appliances occur.
Property must be left clean and tidy, furniture and crockery left in position when you occupied, all rubbish removed from the property.
Please understand that in the unlikely event that the property is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or any other event beyond the property owners control, liability will be limited to a refund only of amount paid.
HEATING
Due to the rising cost of wood we're unable to continue with our policy to supply unlimited wood for the fire. We will supply sufficient wood for the first night of your stay. Additional wood can be purchased at local service stations and other outlets or you might like to bring some with you.
