The Scarborough Observation Resort is a totally separate operation to the Sunmoon Resort and has differing policies and proceedures.

The resort offers Apartments, Villas and Motel rooms with guests able to use all facilities of the Sunmoon Resort next door including pool, reception and restaurant.

Whilst at the resort you will experience a relaxing and fun atmosphere suited to the corporate and leisure traveller wanting to experience a beach vacation.

Located only 80 metres from the renowned Scarborough Beach, our resort offers both standard apartment style accommodation with all modern conveniences, including broadband internet and swimming pool located at the Sunmoon Resort.

Your Scarborough Beach vacation has you in walking distance to shops, cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants, with public transport right at your doorstep.

The Scarborough Observation Resort is the only place to be and has it all, for singles, couples, families and groups.

It is essential to visit the popular Hillary’s Marina, only 10 minutes away, home to the popular Sorrento Quay complex and AQUA Underwater World. See the bottled nosed dolphins in the marina enclosure or view over 4000 sea creatures from the submarine tunnel. From here you have the perfect location to jump aboard the ferry to Rottenest Island, world renowned for its quokkas, swimming, surfing and fishing.
