Situated on 1 acre of wooded land on south side of Smiths Lake close to Myall Lake and about 8 km to Seal Rocks. Absolute waterfront (sandy) with ability to launch small boats. House is set back up steep drive with filtered water views. 2X double beds, 1x 5 bunk beds. Deck and BBQ patio. Tank water only. Small dam (unfenced). Plenty of wildlife.

"Beautiful quite location overlooking Smiths lake, suit families or couples who want to get away from the hussle and bustle of the town locations. Easy drive (<15mins) to most of the the hot spots, Seal rocks, Boomerang Beach, restaurants etc. Lovely modern home with all conveniences, easy access to safe swimming and boating at Smiths and Myall lakes."
