Lemonthyme cottage provides that exact mix of modern comfort and quiet country charm. A two-bedroom cottage (4 star AAA rated) accommodating 2-6 people.
Access is available to extensive bush walks and the property abounds in native flora and fauna.

Attractions

There are 1/2 and 1 day guided walking tours in the Yengo and Wollemi National Parks on weekends. Bookings essential.

The Broke Fordwich area is becoming the place to be for those seeking a quiet rural getaway combined with access to wine and dine holiday activities.

All towels and bed linen provided as well as breakfast ingredients, tea and coffee. A comfortable cottage with reverse cycle airconditioning, TV, video and CD player. The well-equipped kitchen has cooktop and oven with microwave. An undercover gas BBQ with picnic table for your use. A games court suitable for volley ball or boules is included. Situated in a natural bush setting there is a park like garden with flowering trees, rose garden, irises, hippeastrums and shrubs.
There is wheelchair access with grab rails in the bathroom.

Mini buses available to wineries for small groups. Bookings essential.

Rates

The rate for Friday & Saturday is $90 per person per night
Sunday - Thursday is $80 per person per night.

Children 5 - 12 years of age half price

Bookings are not confirmed unless a deposit has been received

A deposit to the value of 30% of the booking fee is required to confirm the booking - refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the booking date.

Full payment - non refundable - required 1 week before the booking date

Full refund available if cancelled 2 weeks or less before the booking date only if the accommodation let to another guest.

Split payments not accepted (Split payment means each or several guests paying portions of the cost - please arrange for one person to collect funds from other guests to make one payment)
