Description

Set on a tranquil 25 acres with views over vineyards and olive groves, this (4 star AAA rated) clean, comfortable three-bedroom cottage can accommodate from 4-8 people.

All towels and bed linen are provided as well as breakfast ingredients, tea and coffee. There is reverse-cycle airconditioning, TV, video and CD player. The well-equipped kitchen has cooktop, oven and microwave ideal for self-catering. An undercover gas BBQ is provided together with picnic tables around an open fire for long winter evenings under the stars. If your lucky you may glimpse native animals such as kangaroos or wallabies also the abundant bird life. We have resident animals too, horse, cattle and chickens. The cottage has a games court suitable for volley ball or boules. In the natural bush setting is a park-like garden with flowering trees, rose garden, irises and hippeastrums. The cottage has wheel chair access with grab rails in the bathroom.

Attractions

There are 1/2day and 1 days guided walking tours through the Yengo and Wollemi National Parks on weekends. Bookings essential.

Horse Trail Riding in the beautiful Wollombi Valley is available. Booking essential.

Mini buses available to wineries for groups. Bookings essential.

Rates

The rate for Friday & Saturday is $90 per person per night
Sunday - Thursday is $80 per person per night.

Children under 5 years of age free
Children 5 - 12 years of age half price

Bookings are not confirmed unless a deposit has been received

A deposit of 30% of the booking fee is required to confirm the booking - refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the booking date.

Full payment - non refundable - required 1 week before the booking date

Full refund available if cancelled 2 weeks or less before the booking date only if the accommodation let to another guest.

Split payments not accepted (Split payment means each or several guests paying portions of the cost - please arrange for one person to collect funds from other guests to make one payment)
