I loved it!
Sensational service. Very friendly and accommodating on arrival. Nice to be greeted by a friendly face. Good facilities and very central. Would stay there again. Had no idea breakfast was included so it was a great surprise and our 4 and 2 year old thought it was cool to have breakfast in a different room.

Standard 2 bedroom accomodation. No wifi. However close to all amentities, shops, beach, children's playground. Probably more suitable for a family than singles.

The service was most outstanding.
Grumpy or not in the morning, Vicky will always greet you with a smile and ensure you have something to do during the day.
Obviously areas to improve like any other business but can't think of any other accommodation that is better in the Batemans Bay area.

excellent place to be for a romantic getaway-even though the weather wasnt that great during that time but Noelene and Graham have been very welcoming and with great service- I've already missed the place and would love to come back soon.

Lovely clean place to stay, friendly owners. Need to drive to beach as beach across the road not very nice. can be noisy when sleeping as on main road.

It is a lovely place. 2 things I didn't like were, the verandah is not covered and the upstairs did not have a bathroom or at least a toilet.
