Local Attractions

There are famous surf breaks nearby and Marion Bay is a popular beach for kite surfing. Great kayaking adventures, plenty of sheltered waters in all conditions. Bush walking is fabulous - lots of walks, full day ,half day or just along a deserted pristine beach for a breath of fresh air.
Tasmanian Devil park and Port Arthur are close by. Whale watching and adventure tours in the area.
Retail therapy available, easy to get to Hobart and Salamanca but local galleries and studios have the best stuff.
Good coffee and food about.
