SILVERTON HOLIDAY APARTMENTS is located directly beside the main river only 10 min walk to Centre of Surfers Paradise, Cavill Avenue, and 1.2km to Gold Coast Convention Centre, Conrad Jupiter’s and Broadbeach. 3 km to Turf Club, 200mtrs to patrolled Surf Beach. Tourist Bus stop to all theme parks located at Resort Entry. Restaurants, Bars and Takeaways directly across the road.

Huge 1 Brm 1 Bthrm fully self-contained apartments offer amazing undisturbed direct Main River and hinterland or ocean and surfers paradise night light views. Subject to availability at time of booking.

Huge 2 Brm 2 Bthrm fully self contained Apartments (14 square & 16 square) - have amazing undisturbed direct main river and hinterland views from all levels.16 square apartments also have ocean views - 180 degree views and huge balcony.

All 1 & 2 Brm apartments are fully self-contained just like walking into your own home. Free Digital Foxtel, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Direct Dial Phone, and Dialup Internet in most rooms.

FREE LINEN & WELCOME PACK PROVIDED
All bookings that stay more than 7 nights receive complimentary service, with new linen.

All apartments are provided at no extra cost with linen, towels, welcome pack of soap and detergents. Once these are finished you can replenish these from reception or when you go shopping.

If you will be arriving outside office hours simply contact the resort to organise this with reception and the onsite managers will assist you with your Checkin. (Normal Checkin time is 2.00pm).

DEPARTURE -Guests are more than welcome to leave bags at reception upon departure if they have late flights, and go off and enjoy the day.

LATE CHECKOUT - Late checkouts can be organised at an additional cost subject to availability.

BUSINESS FACILITIES - Direct dial phone from apartments, dialup in apartments. Wifi available at reception. Full Internet Cafe on reception level, Skype, program downloads,
Hot spots. Reception can charge tours to apartment accounts, and book tours.

APARTMENT KEYS - Guests will be provided with 2 sets of keys for apartments if this is requested as the resort is a security building and cannot be accessed with out keys or fobs.
