Sawtell's main patrolled beach is only a short stroll away, you can keep an eye on the kids while they walk to the Surf Club.

Ceiling Fans and an Air-conditioner will allow you to holiday in comfort during your stay here in Sawtell.

The unit comprises spacious living area, modern facilities, internal laundry (with washer and dryer). Comfortably sleeping up to four people via Two single beds and one Double bed.
