Wake up to the sound of the ocean. A beautiful timber asian inspired Beach House. Perfect for couples. Located at Belongil, a very tranquil part of Byron Bay, away from the hustle and bustle. 50 m to the beach, 800 m walk to town centre.
The house is north-facing, free standing, private, luxuriously furnished and features 1 large upstairs bedroom, 1 downstairs guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. Lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, laundry, covered outdoor living area, private balconies, LCD TV, video, Cd player, BBQ. Surrounded by fully fenced tropical gardens, complete with local rainforest trees, pond, lawn area and 2 outdoor showers.

Rates
For Seasonal rates please check Availability Calendar below. In order to confirm a booking, we ask for a 50% deposit, in the form of a NetBank Deposit, cheque or money order, to be paid as soon as possible after booking. The balance to be paid upon arrival. Cancellation of booking will result in full loss of deposit within 14 days of arrival, 25% with more than 14 days notice.
**Please Remember** A Booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. Sorry, but we do not have Credit Card facilities.
We normally prefer to rent the Beach House for minimum periods of 1 week stays, but this is negotiable.
