ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES/BUSINESS FACILITIES

ARRIVAL - Guests can arrive early in the morning, and leave bags at reception until the apartment is ready.(we do try our best to take priority in getting your apartment ready first if the resort). You can enjoy the resort facilities or go off for a walk. If you will be arriving outside office hours simply contact the resort to organise this with reception and the onsite managers will assist you with your checkin. (Normal Checkin time is 2.00pm).

DEPARTURE -Guests are more than welcome to leave bags at reception upon departure if they have late flights, and go off and enjoy the day.

LATE CHECKOUT - Late checkouts can be organised at an additinal cost subject to availability.

BUSINESS FACILITIES - Direct dial phone from apartments, dialup in apartments. Wifi available at reception. Full Internet Cafe on reception level, Skype, program downloads,
hot spots. Reception can charge tours to apartment accounts, and book tours.

APARTMENT KEYS - Guests can will be provided with 2 sets of keys for apartments if this is requested as the resort is a security building and cannot be accessed with out keys or fobs.
