House sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. One king bedroom, one double bedroom. 1 pull out double and 1 bathroom. $250.00 per night ($300 pn on public holidays) for house and $500pn for house and bunkhouse.
FAMILY BUNKHOUSE: An attached bunkhouse and bathroom holds an additional 4 people. Prices are doubled when both house and bunkhouse are booked.
Large living areas, outdoor deck, garden pergola and stunning new kitchen. Quiet, peaceful street. Minutes to both Horden and Bonnie Vale beaches in the Royal National Park. Access to swimming, trekking, bush walking, kayakking, boat trips as well as hang/paragliding. The whole area is a photographer's delight! Bundeena is an artists' colony. Art Trails occur first Sunday of each month.
Exclusions: No pets. No candles. No groups of young people under 21-proof of identity may be required.
Reduction for long stays can be negotiated.
$200 per night pre-paid fully refundable security bond applies.
Airport pickups/drop offs $125.00 each way can be made. Train and ferry connections 20 minutes away at Cronulla. 1 hour train ride from Sydney.
Prepayment of all costs by direct electronic transfer to manager's bank account.
Check in from 10am. Check out by 10am (negotiable with owner).
Tourist and reading materials available for your convenience.
