The Criterion Hotel Perth is located in the heart of Perth City. Formally the Regatta Hotel, opened its doors on the 26th April 1996. After undergoing extensive re-modeling and refurbishing. It is Perths oldest hotel with a licence since 1840. We have the best of both worlds - the old and the new. The art-deco façade and some parts of the interior have been preserved as part of the Heritage Conservation effort to enhance the old style ambience of the area surrounding Hay Street. The rooms, lobby and its restaurants have been designed to incorporate the style of yester year yet achieving a modern day look through studied creative designing.
