Non-reflective window glazing, classical colonnades, rendered white walls, well groomed landscaping, detailed mosaic work, all blend together to create a tropical, cool, double two storey pavilion paradise.

Anjea's Study is beautifully furnished with oriental influences and overlooks the front courtyard; the television room
features a large plasma screen, DVD player, surround sound, Austar and corner settee.

Anjea has four bedrooms and a nanny room, all with en suites, the master bedroom is very spacious with a verandah that looks over the pool and an inside verandah that is situated above the lounge, it has a large open en suite that features an elegantly designed bath; there is also a second master bedroom that is similar in layout.

The lounge area opens up to the pool courtyard by high pivoting doors that let in the cross breezes and establish a transition between indoor and out. The kitchen is the central point of the house and makes an impressive impact with a Stone Italiana bench with inlaid mirror effect.

There is a spacious BBQ Pavilion with lots of bench space that is surrounded by the pool, which allows guests to enjoy the Aussie barbeque in comfort and style. In the far end corner of the pool you will find an outdoor bathroom with a cocktail gazebo that can be completely opened or closed, a lovely place to relax an enjoy a drink by the pool.

Other features include Bose surround stereo (in living and TV room), pool heating, full air conditioning, day lounges, outdoor/indoor dining areas and ADSL.

Located by the beach, in the gated community "Beachfront Mirage", Anjea is a spectacular holiday retreat with many different facets to be explored and enjoyed.

The accommodation is self catered with gourmet kitchen facilities, entertaining areas and a fully fenced swimming pool. Linen, towels, beach towels and a weekly cleaning service after 8 days are included in the tariff. Hair dryers are supplied and this property is equipped with a barbeque.
